Atsikėlėt ryte ir užsimanėte raugintų agurkų. Ne bėda. Aš ryte raugiu, o pietums jau valgau. Norite sužinoti kaip raugiu? Mums reikės: – 1 kg. agurkų, – 4 skiltelių česnako, – krapų, – žiupsnelio druskos. Agurkus nuplauname, nupjauname galus. Dedame į maišelį, dedame ir smulkintus krapus, česnakus ir druską. Užrišame maišelį. Gerai pavartome, kad viskas gražiai pasiskirstytų. Tada į šaldytuvą. Po kelių valandų – skanaus.
