Dauguma juos vadina sveikuolių sausainukais. Kadangi jiems kepant naudoju cukrų, tai sveikuoliais nevadinsiu, pavadinsiu juos avižiniais…

4 v.š. miltų

400g. avižinių

200g. razinų

2 v.š. sezamo

2 v.š. cukraus

150g. sviesto

200ml pieno

Po nepilna arbatinį šaukštelį vanilinio cukraus ir kepimo miltelių.

Avižas užpilame užvirusiu pienu. Palaikome 15 minučių. Įmaišome ištirpdytą sviestą, beriame miltus, kepimo miltelius ir vanilinį cukrų, cukrų ir gerai išmaišai. Tada supilame sezamą ir razinas, ir išmaišę leidžiame kiek pastovėti prieš kepimą. Kepame 30 min. 180 C  temperatūroje.
